For anyone that knows me well, I really enjoy working out. I have been active all of my life and am always looking to try new things to keep myself engaged. After stepping into the Group Fitness realm as an instructor in 2009, I have tried as many class formats as any one person could dream of. From Pilates to Yoga, hip hop dance to strength training, I cannot really say that I don’t like any class.
