F.I.T. Activate
Purpose: Learn to perform squat, hip hinge, and push/pull movements that encourage optimum performance.
Description: Six sessions with a trainer to learn, hone or get back into strength training. Class size is limited to six participants and participants are expected to attend all six sessions.

F.I.T. Develop
Purpose: Take the fundamental movement patterns to the next level.
Description: Six sessions with a trainer to push performance to the next level. An ability to perform the basic movement patterns (squat, deadlift, bench press) is required to maximize results. Class size is limited to six participants and participants are expected to attend all six sessions.

- Thursdays beginning May 7, 2026 at 5-6am (registration opens April 23 at 5am)
- Thursdays beginning May 7, 2026 at 6-7pm (registration opens April 23 at 6pm)
Register in person at the front desk to receive 6 weeks of group training and an Inbody Assessment for $40 per person. Review these preparatory steps for your InBody Assessment. You must be a DAHLC member at the time of registration.
