With their skills and expertise they will give you tips and advice on how you and your family can EAT WELL while still enjoying the flavor. Our Culinary Classes are led by a chef and dietitian and will engage all 5 senses, yes, including taste! We encourage you to ask questions and take notes so you can recreate the dish at home. Classes are $4 unless otherwise noted.
The Nutrition Classes are discussion-based classes to help you manage your weight, prepare for an endurance activity, become supermarket savvy and more. These programs are free to attend!
