With their skills and expertise they will give you tips and advice on how you and your family can EAT WELL while still enjoying the flavor. Nutrition is a big part to staying healthy so take advantage of these incredible DAHLC offerings!
Our Culinary Classes are led by a chef and dietitian and will engage all 5 senses, yes, including taste! We encourage you to ask questions and take notes so you can recreate the dish at home. Classes are $4 unless otherwise noted.
The Nutrition Classes are discussion-based classes to help you manage your weight, prepare for an endurance activity, become supermarket savvy and more. These programs are free to attend!
