Cycle Pyramid Challenge (Cardio Workout)

Equipment:  Recumbent or upright bike. Challenge: Start with level 1 for 1 minute. Each minute add a level of resistance. Perform this until you can no longer increase the level or pedal for a full minute. Now reverse the workout until you end up back at level 1.
