Cycling provides a low impact cardiovascular workout. This aerobic activity will also support strengthening your lower body muscles.
- All levels welcome to participate - beginners to cycling veterans
- Group classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals or speed while keeping you motivated throughout the ride
- Virtual ride formats are also available to enhance cycling options
- The Cycle studio is open for member usage; studio closures for special programming will be announced
- FreeMotion 11.9 bikes are available in the Cycle Studio and on the Fitness Floors (downtown and Saint Marys locations)
- Dual-sided pedals to accommodate either a regular athletic shoe or an SPD™ compatible to provide enduring comfort and stability
