Just a reminder: Designated member parking is available in specified spaces in the West Employee Ramp 9 on the 9th floor. Parking is available for two hours (or three hours in designated spots) per day for members during their use of Ramp 9.

* Introducing Les Mills On-Demand and Virtual Classes - We’re excited to share our partnership with Les Mills—a globally recognized leader in group fitness programming designed to deliver results, energy, and motivation in every class.

Les Mills workouts are science-backed and choreographed to music, creating a fun and effective training experience for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve cardio, increase flexibility, or just enjoy a high-energy class environment, there’s something for you.

Here are a few of the programs you’ll start seeing on our schedule for the MPS-A, MPS-B and Mind/Body Studios:

  • BODYPUMP™ – A full-body barbell workout to build strength and endurance
  • BODYBALANCE™ – A blend of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates for flexibility and mindfulness
  • LES MILLS CORE™ – Focused core strengthening for stability and performance

Don’t worry—these classes are not replacing our amazing instructors. They’re simply an additional option to give our busy members more flexibility and access to high-quality workouts to supplement our current offerings. Dates and times of these classes can be found on our printed schedule highlighted in purple.

We encourage you to try a class, bring a friend, and experience the energy for yourself. Check out our schedule or speak with our staff to learn more about class times and how to get started.

Additional Information for Virtual Classes:

  • On the cabinet in each of the MPS-A, MPS-B, and Mind/Body Studio, you’ll find an iPad displaying the class schedule that includes both in-person and virtual classes
  • Classes will begin automatically at the start of the scheduled class

There is a smaller Crestron panel next to the iPad that must be turned on by the push of a button at the start of each virtual class, but the class will start automatically
