Are you interested in starting a yoga practice but don’t know where to begin? Yoga Foundations is a 5-week program for new yoga students that will introduce them to basic postures of yoga taught at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center.
Participants must be injury free with no physical or medical restrictions and able to get up and down from the floor. There are some weight bearing poses on the wrists. Participants are expected to attend one to two additional yoga classes per week.
