Are you new to triathlons and currently at an intermediate to advanced fitness level? Why not tri? This 12-week intensive training program will prepare you for an indoor sprint triathlon: 1/2-mile swim, 13-mile bike ride and 5k run with strength training, event-specific workouts, and proper nutrition.
Program requirements: experience in all three sports (lap swimming, biking and running); no limiting injuries; attendance at all sessions; and ability to complete pre- and post- program measurements (scheduled outside of program times). Here is how you prepare for these appointments.

Program meets: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5-6:30am
Race day: Sunday, Apr 29
