Wellness coaching helps you define and work toward your optimal wellness by means of collaborative thinking, drawing from past experience and defining future goals. A coaching approach allows you room to grow as you experiment with different strategies for personal wellness.

Wellness coaching encourages you to utilize your strengths and values to create change. A discussion-based approach will give you a "mental workout" for your well-being. To begin with Wellness Coaching, you would start with our free, one-hour wellness consultation, and then from that discussion we will talk more about Wellness Coaching packages.
1:1 Wellness Coaching Packages
- Up to 12 sessions in 14 weeks
- $100 - Mayo Medical Plan, $200 - non-MMP
- Up to 6 sessions in 8 weeks
- $60 - Mayo Medical Plan, $120 - non-MMP
