Ladies, get ready to gain confidence, get stronger, and establish a routine that works for you! Our Powerful Women program is designed to increase your comfort with strength training and help you achieve results. Sessions include hands-on experience, education and workouts with a Well-Being Specialist. Relationships and skills are developed during the first weeks of class. Attendance at the first four sessions is required to participate. Participants should also be free of injury and/or restrictions. Pre- and post-strength and biometric tests are required with results documented in your electronic medical record. These will be scheduled outside of class time. Here is how you prepare for these appointments.

Registration period: April 27 - May 31, 2020
Program runs: June 1 - August 19, 2020
Program meets: Mondays & Wednesdays from 12-1pm
