Boot Camp is a 6-week, fun and intensified strength and endurance program. Sessions include progressive total body workout challenges and nutritional activities.  Participants meet twice a week for group activity for first hour of two hour sessions.  The other hour will be used for physical activity discussion on one day, the other day for nutritional information, discussion and/or demo.  To evaluate participants, testing will be conducted during the first and last session of the six week program.
