Active Older Adults (AOA) is a 12-week program that is designed for adults 55 years and older. Through balance, strength, and cardiovascular training, this program will instill confidence in your ability to accomplish daily tasks, adopt new ones, and be a true master of widened horizons! Program is limited to 10 participants and will meet twice a week. Your attendance at a minimum of 18 of 24 sessions is required. You are also required to complete pre- and post-program evaluations. Here is how you prepare for these appointments.
