Make preparing healthy meals easier!  Develop basic knife skills that can save time in the kitchen, help food cook evenly, and look appealing.  In this class you will learn about knife types, sharpening, and how to use a chef's knife safely and effectively.  You will have hands on experience practicing various knife cuts (e.g. chopping, dicing, mincing) using fresh produce.   $4 class fee applies.
