Calling new moms with little ones! It can be a challenge juggling life with a little one while still connecting with others and feeling supported. In this 6-week program you will meet and connect with other moms to discuss the joys and challenges of life with a new baby while practicing gentle exercises to safely and effectively heal the core and pelvic floor. In addition, you will discuss educational topics, such as activity and stress management. This program is primarily geared toward moms who are 2-12 weeks postpartum; however, all mothers with babies are welcome. Please join us for this great opportunity to bond with other moms and learn important aspects of motherhood and postpartum pregnancy. Feel free to bring your new little one too!
