Do you have sporadic back pain or soreness? Does back pain affect your ability to do activities that you enjoy? This 60-minute workshop uses an educational and hands-on approach to illustrate various exercises and proper lifting techniques to assist you in obtaining and maintaining a healthy back. This workshop is designed to assist those who have had issues with back pain in the last six months, however, issues are currently asymptomatic.
