Are you feeling stressed, burned out or overwhelmed at the end of your day? Do you wish that you had more time for you? Small group coaching provides group discussion, resources, and guidance for participants willing to explore stress management tools and techniques. Weekly sessions will include time for brainstorming, action-planning and resource sharing to find relief.
