Registration opens: AOA Program

This twelve-week program is designed for adults 60 and older. Through balance, strength, and cardiovascular training, AOA will instill confidence in your ability to accomplish daily tasks, adopt new ones, and be a true master of widened horizons! Program is limited to 12 participants.  Your attendance at a minimum of 18 of 24 sessions is required.
