Weeknight Meal Planning

IMG_0334Prepare meals ahead for reheating on busy days or plan on re-purposing leftovers. For example, roasted or grilled chicken is great in salad, wraps, or on homemade pizza.  Beans and rice can be a dish alone, a topping for a lettuce salad or tortilla, or converted into a soup.
