Fill up on nutritious foods

VegetablesAvoid foods with added sugar and fat. If you fill up on these, you may skimp on nutritious foods and miss out on important nutrients such as vitamins and minerals and fiber.  Eat more fresh and minimally processed frozen or canned foods.
