Small Group Training

Join our Functional Integrated Trainings (F.I.T.) program; a supportive community focused on helping you build strength and improve your cardiovascular fitness, while working with our Employee Well-Being Specialists. Each program is tailored to meet your group’s unique fitness levels, ensuring that every session is engaging and effective. F.I.T. Activate
Build a solid exercise foundation and increase your strength in F.I.T Activate. The 6-week F.I.T. Activate format is ideal for those who have minimal or no experience. This training is an excellent option for those who are looking to incorporate a regular strength training regimen into their routine. Participants will receive a workout each week that they are encouraged to complete on their own. Class size is limited to six participants and is 60 minutes in length. Participants are expected to attend all six sessions.

  • Tuesdays beginning Feb. 18 at 7-8am (registration opens Feb. 4 at 7am)
  • Fridays beginning Feb. 21 at 11am-12pm (registration opens Feb. 7 at 11am)
  • Tuesdays beginning March 11 at 6-7pm (registration opens Feb. 25 at 6pm)
  • Thursdays beginning March 13 at 12-1pm (registration opens Feb. 27 at 12pm)

F.I.T. Develop
Increase your workout capacity in F.I.T. Develop. This training program is designed to be an ideal fit for those who have moderate to advanced experience with strength training and who need minimal cueing for the foundational exercises. This 6-week training was created to advance your foundational program and avoid training plateaus. Participants will receive a workout each week that they are encouraged to complete on their own. Class size is limited to six participants and is 60 minutes in length. Participants are expected to attend all six sessions.

  • Tuesdays beginning Feb. 18 at 5-6am (registration opens Feb. 4 at 5am)
  • Wednesdays beginning Feb. 19 at 4-5pm (registration opens Feb. 5 at 4pm)
  • Thursdays beginning Feb. 20 at 6-7pm (registration opens Feb. 6 at 6pm)
  • Mondays beginning March 10 at 11:15am-12:15pm (registration opens Feb. 24 at 11:15am)
  • Tuesdays beginning March 11 at 12-1pm (registration opens Feb. 25 at 12pm)

Register at the front desk to receive 6 weeks of group training and an Inbody Assessment for $40 per person. Review these preparatory steps for your InBody Assessment. You must be a DAHLC member at the time of registration.
