FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

To ensure fair access for all participants, please limit your registration to one Pilates Reformer class per day. These sessions are in high demand, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to join. If more than one class is booked in a single day, any additional registrations will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

All in-person classes are included with your membership; you don't need to register unless the class offering is indicated. To learn more about specific class descriptions, click on "see more." Registration is required to participate in virtual offerings, private swim lessons, and Pilates Reformer classes. Reservations for Virtual, Pilates Reformer, and Private Swim Lessons can be made starting one week prior to the class beginning.

To receive notifications when classes become available, please sign up for alerts. If you need to cancel your Pilates Reformer or private swim lesson class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss the cancellation deadline, contact the DAHLC directly for assistance. If you do not have a DAHLC account, please create one; this account is distinct from the membership agreement. Be sure to remember your login information when creating a DAHLC account.

To sign up for a Virtual class, Private Swim Lessons, or a Pilates Reformer class, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'Sign up' button next to the class you wish to participate in (All times are displayed in CST).
  2. You will receive an email with information on accessing the virtual class, Private Swim Lesson, or Pilates Reformer.
  3. Don't forget to click the "Add to Calendar" option to easily integrate any class offering into your calendar. This will help you keep track of your schedule and ensure you don't miss any important classes!
