Description
Zenga is a combination of Pilates, yoga, dance and toning exercise to give your body a mindful workout. Class meets on Saturday, April 22 with Session 1 from 1:30-2:30pm OR Session 2 from 2:30-3:30pm in the Pilates Reformer Studio. Students need to have either a strong yoga or Pilates background.
