RUN CLUB

Improve running speed and running economy through a trainer lead designed progressive running program.  DAHLC trainers will help you improve your running technique and take you through a variety of interval runs, tempo runs, and hill workouts.  


WHO: All runners or walkers looking to improve their mile pace in preparation for any distance including 5ks, 10ks, Half Marathons, Marathons, Ultras, Tri’s, Hiking, and more.


WHERE: Track level on Northwest side. 


WHEN: Start with Tuesdays only in December beginning December 7 @ 6:00AM.  Add Thursdays @ 4:30PM in January 2022.  

This is a drop-in class, no registration required.
