Where are you from?
I’m a Rochester Native! Born and raised right here in Rochester, MN!
How did you get into group fitness?
I started as a member at a local gym and then after I had 3 different instructors approach me about teaching classes, I said “okay, let’s see what this is all about.” And voila! I’m hooked for life!
What is your favorite class to teach?
Anything Zumba. I have been a Zumba instructor for over 10 years and I can't get enough!
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
Hidden? Nope! Hobbies? Too many!😜. I love to knit, crochet, cross stitch, quilt, quilling, and diamond painting.
Do you have a favorite vacation spot?
I always love Disney World. One day I do hope to do an Alaskan Cruise!
What is one thing most members don’t know about you?
I’m a sucker for Legos! Love to build with them (nd so is the rest of my family). I’m no master builder yet, but I can’t resist them!
