DAHLC’s FREE Fall Boot Camp!


Take your fitness to the next level!

On September 13, Ali and Brian will kick off a brand new camp.

Our four week Fall Boot Camp will focus on improving your endurance and strength through conditioning drills and an advanced strength training program.

Morning sessions are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-6:45a

Evening sessions are Mondays and Wednesday 6:30-7:15p

Registration opens August 30

Registration is open to all active members – call the front desk to register!
