On October 12, Ali and Brian will be kicking off another round of Boot Camp!
The four week Fall Boot Camp will focus on improving your endurance and strength through conditioning drills and an advanced strength training program.
Morning sessions are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-6:45a
Evening sessions are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-7:15p
Registration opens September 28 at 6:00 am for the morning sessions and 6:30 pm for the evening sessions.
