No Pressure Improv Workshop: Improvisation for Well-Being

This 90-minute workshop explores the application of improvisational theater games to improve communication skills, enhance social well-being, sharpen mental agility, build confidence, and promote joyful living. Workshop includes brief overview of improv, interactive warm-ups and games. All experience levels welcome. Open to all DAHLC members.
