Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal with Pecans

This stove top oatmeal recipe will have you asking yourself why you don't make this seasonal favorite year-round!

Calories: 202 | Protein: 5g | Carbs: 34g | Total Fat: 7g | Fiber: 5g | Sodium: 13mg | Yield: 6 | Serving Size: 1 cup

Ingredients:
-2 cups old fashioned oatmeal, dry
- 4 1/2 cups water
-1 Tbsp ground Cinnamon
-1 1/2 tsp ground Ginger
-1 tsp ground Nutmeg
-1/4 cup dark molasses
-1 cup pumpkin, canned
-6 Tbsp pecan halves, chopped

Directions:
Place all ingredients (except for pumpkin puree and pecans) into a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and fold in pumpkin puree. Stir to heath through. Serve with toasted pecans on the side.
