Powerful Women Workout

Full body workouts are great for hitting all of your major muscle groups in one workout, and they’re very forgiving if you have a busy schedule.

Along with this workout, our Powerful Women program will introduce women to building strength using barbells.  This will not only build up their physical strength, but their mental strength too! Give this workout a shot! Make sure to perform a proper warm-up prior to and a cool down after this workout.
