12 Habits: Family And Friends

If you had one day left to live, who would you spend it with? People who you value, right? Don’t wait for a life changing event to appreciate those who matter most to you. Make yourself available and enjoy the time you have with those you care about today. These social relationships are a foundation for support, love, stability, joy, and fulfillment in life. Here are some ways you can nurture existing relationships:

  • Take a loved one out on a date night. One-on-one time is important for bonding.
  • Have a game night or family night.
  • Reach out and call someone who you haven’t talked to in a while.
  • Volunteer for an event or organization you care about.
  • Take up a new interest — do something out of the ordinary. experience the novelty of a different activity together!
