What’s Your Workout Jam?

By Ashlie Smith

I don't know about you, but music is very important in my workout routine. Especially on those days that I am feeling extra tired or unmotivated, I need those certain songs to jump-start myself. Of course, my songs change every few weeks, but it's fun to find a new favorite and run a little faster or jump a little higher whenever it comes on. I tend to stick with either the latest pop/ hip-hop songs or 90s hip-hop.

What about you? What is your top song or genre of workout music? What gets you movin' and groovin'?
