What do I wear to a Pilates or Yoga class?

You should wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Form fitting yoga pants and a comfortable shirt work really well. Dry wicking fabrics are nice. Avoid loose fitting shorts. Shoes are not required during the class, but you must wear them to the studio. Here is more information on the dress guidelines.
