Revive and Thrive is a 10-week intensive, results-driven weight loss program. This program will provide you with the tools, strategies, and techniques necessary in developing a plan for sustainable change. You will meet three days per week for nutrition education, progressive workouts, and small group wellness coaching. A BMI of 25-40 is required to participate. You are also required to complete pre- and post-program evaluations. Here is how you prepare for these appointments.

Program runs: Jan 15 – Mar 22
Meets: Mondays 5-7pm workout & nutrition, Wednesdays 6-7pm workout & Thursdays 5-6pm or 6-7pm for 60 min small group coaching

Boot Camp is a 10-week, results-driven conditioning program. Sessions include progressive workout challenges and nutritional activities. Participants meet twice a week for group activity. Participants are required to complete pre- and post- program evaluations outside of class time. Here is how you prepare for these appointments.
