Our Series options meet 2 to 5 times so the commitment isn't as much as other wellness programs and offerings. If you have a busy or unpredictable schedule, series and workshops are a great option for you. Registration opens 2 weeks prior to its start date and time.
WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE: A beginners class where you will learn and practice the
basics of women’s self-defense. Practice and develop skills which will include: increased awareness of reaction time, obtaining a sense of balance, developing a plan of action as well as learning distraction techniques. A women’s only class where you will feel safe to explore your personal strengths and how to avoid panic reaction.

ENDURANCE SPORTS NUTRITION: Learn how to adequately hydrate, fuel, and recover for optimal training. This two-week series is intended for those training for endurance events (i.e., half marathon, full marathon, triathlon, distance cycling, etc).
HIKE LIKE A PRO: Looking for a fun and inexpensive way to increase your creativity and problem-solving skills, improve the quality of your sleep, reconnect with nature, strengthen your bones, experience some natural healing, and reduce depression? Then perhaps look no further than some of our local hiking trails! Many of these benefits may be available to you..if you get out and take a hike! This 4-week bi-weekly program will help you evaluate your current state of hiking readiness and teach you how to prepare yourself for a safe hiking at a moderate to vigorous level through proper fitness exercises, nutrition, safety and a discussion of equipment. $10
HEALTHY AGING EXPLORATION SERIES: Join the challenge to focus on monthly habits that will help you as you age.
SPIRITUALITY: This is a 3-session series focused on spiritual well-being. This series takes an expansive approach to spirituality and is designed to help participants define what spirituality means to them, gain a more solid sense of self, explore a variety of contemplative practices and identify current and new practices that support personal spiritual well-being. $10
GEAR UP FOR GOLF: Get on top of your game with the Gear up for Golf! In this two-session series you will experience strengthening and stretching exercises aimed to improve your golf swing and decrease your risk of injury on the course. $10
PICK UP THE PACE RUNNING: This two-session series will teach you strategies to increase your pace, overcome obstacles and improve your nutrition for running. $10
