Gentlemen, are you interested in learning more about the free weight area? Build confidence, improve your strength, and find a routine that works best for you during this 12-week program of guided instruction. Prior experience with basic strength training is required. If you have limiting knee, back or shoulder injuries or have had a recent surgery, this program may not be right for you at this time. You are also required to complete pre- and post-program evaluations. Here is how you prepare for these appointments.
