This 4-week program uses the Pilates Reformer and the Jumpboard to create an intense cardio and strength workout. Join Trisha for this energetic and fun practice that might just make you sweat! Students must be familiar with the Pilates Reformer and have an intermediate to advanced Pilates Reformer practice.
