Laughter burns calories, and improves our immune system and physical health. This exercise is a great way to bring some cheer into those physically demanding winter chores!

Laughter strengthens relationships by creating heartfelt connection and bridging language, societal, and cultural gaps. This exercise helps us practice laughter as an expression of love.
