Active Older Adult Program

This 12-week program is designed for adults 60 years and older. You will work on balance, strength and cardiovascular training to instill confidence in daily tasks.

AOA Drop-In Classes

We have four different class names that focus on Active Older Adults: AOA Aqua, AOA Core & Balance, AOA Fusion, and AOA Mixx. 

Healthy Aging Series

Join our monthly healthy aging seminars. Each month we will focus on different areas of wellness and give tips to apply to your daily life.

Swim Lessons

This could be a great opportunity to learn a new skill or hobby. We have four levels of swim lessons and you choose where you are most comfortable.
