Women's Self Defense

Description

A beginners class where you will learn and practice the basics of women’s self-defense. Practice and develop skills which will include: increased awareness of reaction time, obtaining a sense of balance, developing a plan of action as well as learning distraction techniques. A women’s only class where you will feel safe to explore your personal strengths and how to avoid panic reaction.
