An evening of learning mind & body techniques to cope with stress. You will explore a stress management workshop and a yoga basics class led by candle light. Cost $5. Questions: Amy

  • Meets: Friday, February 23 from 5:30-7:30pm (5:30-6:30pm is SMART Workshop in SL-124 and 6:45pm-7:30pm is Yoga Basics by candle light in Mind Body Studio)
