Calling new moms with little ones! It can be a challenge juggling life with a little one while still connecting with others and feeling supported. In this 6-week program you will practice gentle exercises to safely and effectively heal the core and pelvic floor, connect with other moms and discuss educational topics. This is primarily geared toward moms who are 2-12 weeks postpartum; however, all mothers with babies are welcome. Please join us for this great opportunity to learn important aspects of motherhood.
