Boot Camp is a 10-week, results-driven conditioning program. Sessions include progressive workout challenges and nutritional activities. Participants meet twice a week for group activity. Participants are required to complete pre- and post- program evaluations outside of class time. Here is how you prepare for these appointments.

Registration begins: Nov 29, after info session
Program runs: Jan 10-March 16, 2018
Program meets: Wednesdays 5-7am & Fridays 5-6am
