ACTIVE BOOK CLUB: Challenge your mind, engage your spirit, move your body! Sessions will include discussion related to the reading and your personal wellness with opportunities to move! We progress through the book throughout the month; you are not required to read the book before the first session. Participants will need to provide their own books, otherwise the offering is free (it's included in your membership fee). You may participate even if you have already read the book.
