How to: Member Portal


We want you to have a smooth and efficient experience when you come in to use the facility. To manage occupancy at a reduced capacity, you must be sure you check-in and check-out of the facility. Utilization of the member portal may be used to reserve hydromassage at this time.

How to access your Member Portal:

  1. From your web browser (do not use internet explorer), go to dahlc.mayoclinic.org
  2. Click on 'Login to Member Portal' on right side of homepage
  3. Click on Register Here
  4. Enter in your information:
    - The ID # is your Mayo Clinic Person ID number found on the back of your employee badge
    - Last Name
    - Use the email address you want your reservation confirmation emails to be sent to. You will need to display your email confirmation upon entry.
  5. A confirmation will then be sent to your email with your username and password for your Member Portal - keep this for your records

How to use your Member Portal to make a hydromassage reservation:

  1. On the homepage of the Member Portal, select 'Book Appointment'
  2. From the dropdown, select Hydromassage
  3. Select the city on the left side - choose Rochester
  4. Select a date and time for your appointment, and then click 'Select Any'
  5. Make your time slot selection and confirm your appointment by clicking 'Continue' in the pop up box
  6. Select 'Pay at the Appointment Time' (you will not need to pay as pool and hydromassage use is part of your membership)
  7. Hit the next button to confirm your reservation
  8. You will then be routed to your upcoming appointments page and should see the hydromassage listed that you registered for. You can also cancel from this screen if needed.
