How to: Member Portal


We want you to have a smooth and efficient experience when you come in to use the facility. To manage occupancy at a reduced capacity, all members are required to reserve a 90 minute time slot to utilize the downtown facility. You may reserve your time slot up to 7 days in advance, and you are limited to one reservation per day.

In order to use the pools or hydromassage, you must first have a facility reservation. You will not be allowed access to the pool or hydromassage if you do not have a facility reservation. Once you have a confirmed facility reservation, you can then make a pool or hydromassage reservation.

How to access your Member Portal:

  1. From your web browser (do not use internet explorer), go to dahlc.mayoclinic.org
  2. Click on 'Login to Member Portal' on right side of homepage
  3. Click on Register Here
  4. Enter in your information:
    - The ID # is your Mayo Clinic Person ID number found on the back of your employee badge
    - Last Name
    - Use the email address you want your reservation confirmation emails to be sent to. You will need to display your email confirmation upon entry.
  5. A confirmation will then be sent to your email with your username and password for your Member Portal - keep this for your records

How to use your Member Portal to make a facility reservation:

  1. From your web browser (do not use internet explorer), go to dahlc.mayoclinic.org
  2. Click on 'Login to Member Portal' on right side of homepage and login using your username and password
  3. Click the 'Home' link on the top left of the screen
  4. Click on 'Reserve a 90 minute time slot'
  5. Use the date filter to select the date you wish to make a reservation
  6. Select the time slot you wish to reserve
  7. Click 'Register Now' on the box
  8. Select 'Use an Existing Service Credit' and 'Free Offerings' from the dropdown
  9. This will take you to your 'Upcoming Appointments' screen where you will see your reservation date and time. You will also receive the confirmation email you will need to show the Front Desk upon entry to the facility.
  10. If you wish to cancel your reservation, login to the Member Portal and click on 'My Account' on the dropdown menu, and then 'My Appointments'. Click the 'Cancel' and in the pop up, click 'Cancel Now'.

How to use your Member Portal to make a pool/hydromassage reservation:

  1. On the homepage of the Member Portal, select either 'Reserve a Pool Lane' or 'Book a Hydromassage'
  2. From the dropdown, select Hydromassage or Pool Reservation
  3. Select the city on the left side - choose Rochester
  4. Select a date and time for your appointment, and then click 'Select Pool' and pick from the dropdown
  5. Make your time slot selection and confirm your appointment by clicking 'Continue' in the pop up box
  6. Select 'Pay at the Appointment Time' (you will not need to pay as pool and hydromassage use are part of your membership)
  7. Hit the next button to confirm your reservation

When making a pool or hydromassage reservation, always create facility reservation first, then make pool/hydromassage reservation second. reservation. If pool and hydromassage are not available after making your facility reservation you can either find another activity within the facility or, cancel your reservation.
