Intro to the Indoor Adventure Race Workout

Would you like to get a taste for this year's Indoor Adventure Race? If so, this workout is for you! The rules are simple: complete the workout below in any order you choose.

Bike: 5 miles
Run or walk: 1.5 miles (15 laps around our track)
Row: 2,000 meters

This workout is half the amount of work as our Indoor Adventure Race. But will be a great way to train for the upcoming fun event! Try completing this with a friend to help push you along the way!
