Meet Laura


Laura grew up dancing and swimming which has led her to her current path of working in recreation. As she transitioned out of a professional ballet career and dancing everyday she found that both teaching and taking group fitness classes helped her to stay active while pushing herself in new ways.  Encouraging others to try new workouts, connect with fellow participants, and to develop healthy habits are a few of the things Laura loves most about teaching group fitness.  Try one of her Barefoot Power classes on the drop-in schedule!
