However, we have a variety of amazing programs this month that may be just what you're looking for to achieve your health and wellness goals! Let’s highlight a few programs that you may not be familiar with. These programs focus on benefiting the whole person, inside and out, and they are all coming up within the next few weeks. Sleep More, Stress Less workshop
Learn what it takes to get the best rest possible. In this workshop, you will begin to understand sleep and the lifestyle effects on sleep. You will learn the stages of sleep, how to create a healthy sleep environment, and general coping strategies to help improve sleep. $5
Calling new moms with little ones! It can be a challenge juggling life with a little one while still connecting with others and feeling supported. In this 6-week program you will practice gentle exercises to safely and effectively heal the core and pelvic floor, connect with other moms and discuss educational topics. This is primarily geared toward moms who are 2-12 weeks postpartum; however, all mothers with babies are welcome.
Explore & Restore
Come explore a variety of stress management tools to restore your mind, body and spirit in this one day workshop. This 60-minute workshop incorporates group discussion, resources, and guidance for participants willing to explore various stress management tools and techniques. $5
Do you feel “stuck” trying to achieve goals to improve your life? Join “Achieve Results & Improve Your Life” to discover the tools to help you get “unstuck” and be successful! This program provides discussion, accountability & resources for your health and wellness goals.
The group meets for six sessions. Topics include: barriers to results, motivation and strategies for success. You must be able to attend all six sessions on the day you choose. If you say to yourself, “I want results”, then register today!
