Participate in DAHLC's 6-week Menu Creations and Supermarket Savvy program research. Topics include:
The goal of the research is to determine whether this program improves confidence, diet quality, and healthy food habits long term. Sessions meet 1 hour, once a week, for 6 weeks. Surveys will be provided at the first and last class and at 6 months.
