With busy lives and activities pulling people here and there, the challenge is taking time for yourself and prioritizing wellness. Shelby recognizes this and will be your best advocate and cheerleader once you take the step of walking through the doors.
Shelby enjoys being active especially in team or group sports. When she started taking classes at the DAHLC she found a community and that made her want to teach so she could give back to members the same encouragement and welcoming atmosphere. You will find Shelby teaching Cardio Kickboxing classes and strength-based classes on the schedule. “Be there or be square!”
