Miriam has recently joined the DAHLC Group Fitness staff and is a yoga instructor. When asked what excites her about working at the DAHLC, Miriam said "I love the DAHLC and I'm excited to work with and learn from such an awesome group of fitness instructors. Favorite way to lose track of time? Sewing clothes, yoga, walks with my husband, phone dates with my sister.

One thing from your bucket list includes? Exploring new unique places with beautiful nature
How do you define wellness? Physical & emotional wellbeing
If you had to work out on your own, what would it look like? Going on a run or a bike ride, doing yoga

How would you market your class to attract DAHLC members to attend it? Find a sense of calm and have a rejuvenating end to your weekend before setting out on your next busy work week.
